Abstract: Two-dimensional (2D) materials have experienced rapid development in the past twenty years, including the expansion of the 2D family and the deep insight into their physical properties, laying the foundation for ultrathin electrical devices. Fabrication of 2D materials heterostructures introduces a new degree of freedom for the exploration of 2D materials, and holds a great promise to study new properties, as well as offers a whole new perspective to familiar physical properties. Studying the magneto-transport properties of 2D materials and their heterostructures will pave the way for their future applications in electronics and spintronics. This thesis mainly focuses on three interesting questions related to the magneto-transport properties of 2D materials or heterostructures.
