The freestanding sliding mode was utilized to realize the in-plane sensing. The fabricated device consists of soft polymer spring which displays wide detection range from ±1g to ±6g (g = 9.8m/s2) in x and y directions with sensitivity of 21mV/(g). The proposed device can be utilized for self-powered shock sensing in various future applications. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. | Source Title: | Journal of Physics: Conference Series | URI: | https://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/173813 | ISSN: | 17426588 | DOI: | 10.1088/1742-6596/773/1/012107 |
