From the study, it was found that the most important factor in the suburban office selection criteria is the physical conditions of office space. It represents a rational consideration since a payment of rental is made for the occupation of the space. It was observed that there is no major difference in the selection criteria between the suburban and the CBD office users. However not being subjected to Area Licensing Scheme is a major consideration only for the suburban office users in the office selection process.
