dc.description.abstractThe following paper will attempt to analyse the effects of government policies, both demand and supply-side policies on the private property price index. A stmctural time series analysis technique will be applied to verify the significance of the policies. Following this, the cointegration technique will be used to verify the existence of a long­ run economic relationship on selected variables with respect to the private residential property price index.
