dc.description.abstract | Condominium housing though intended as an alternative form of housing has been used as a form of investment in Singapore. In this study, the author has determined the various factors that influenced the investment performance of various condominiums through the rentals obtained. While this study cannot be considered as exhaustive in its serach for the factors, it has put down in words what many investors has regarded as intuition. The survey conducted found that there are three categories of factors which influence the investment performance. Locational factors rank as the group having the greatest influence, followed by characterisitcs of the condominium and characteristics of the apartment respectively. It is hope that this study will help investors in their search for the ideal condominium investment. | |
