dc.description.abstractThe lucrative business of property management has attracted many managing agents to this sector of the market. This two categories of managing agent are the developers and the professional managing agents. Each party being influenced by his own objectives, in formulating maintenance standards, maintenance policy and maintenance programmes, for development under his management. This dissertation attempts to make a comparison of the condominium management practice by firstly the developer and subsequently the agent for Bayshore Park Condominium. A survey of the residents was conducted to substantiate the above hypothesis and also to identify areas for improvements in their practices.
