dc.description.abstractThe DBPLD method was utilized to synthesize Zn1-xCoxO thin films in order to synthesize DMSs in this research. Epitaxial growth of Zn1-xCoxO thin films were fabricated precluding Co clusters. The underlying magnetic mechanisms were investigated. Experimental results demonstrate that they are single crystals at relative low Co concentrations. Some spin-glass behaviors have been observed in our experiments. We did not observe the phenomena reflecting correlations between the global ordering of the Co2+ local moments and carriers though sp-d interactions were observed. Summarize this research, possible mechanisms for the magnetism of Zn1-xCoxO thin films were proposed based on a picture of spins in a carrier sea.
