We measured U.S. employees at baseline (L2), as well as daily for 10 consecutive working days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends). Daily surveys were three times a day, once in the afternoon (12-2pm), once in the late afternoon at the end of work (4-6pm), and once in the evening (8-10pm). </p>
