Their work involves a lot of planning, meeting schedules and solving performance and process issues. This particular project involves implementing of Qualification plan for the Chartered's 0.35 micrometer EEPROM shrink cell. This report summarizes the electrical characterization efforts performed throughout the qualification process. | |
