dc.description.abstract | Super -oscillatory lens (SOL) and supercritical lens (SCL), have been demonstrated to achieve far-field super-resolution without requirements of fluorescence. Meanwhile, ultrathin flat lenses with diffraction limited resolution even super-resolution have been demonstrated. In this thesis, axial super-oscillatory 4π microscopy is proposed. A super-oscillatory hot spot is obtained and the side lobes are pushed far away from central hot spot. But high energy side lobes in super-oscillation are unfavorable. Therefore, concept of supercritical is proposed to gain enhanced resolution and moderate side lobes simultaneously. This concept is applied to three-dimensional supercritical resolved light-induced-magnetic holography and CARS microscopy. Ultrahigh density magnetic data storage and super-resolved CARS microscopy are proposed and demonstrated based on the concept of supercritical. Finally, to solve the dilemma of miniaturization posed by conventional optical systems, a holistically phase-amplitude gauge for graphene oxide lenses is proposed. Three types of graphene oxide lenses with super-resolution are designed and experimentally demonstrated. | |
