dc.description.abstract | In high myopic patients, because of the different shape of optic nerve head, the diagnostic precision of HRT-II is relatively low in this group. To overcome these problems, a set of new parameters were introduced in this study. The method we have developed in this study has the potential to be used as a reliable diagnostic adjunct for glaucomatous patients with high myopia and to improve its diagnostic precision when we use it to scan highly myopic patients. | |
