We present a solution generation technique utilizing a "duality" of the reduced Lagrangian that can be used to generate a static, axisymmetric solution of Einstein-Maxwell-Dilaton theory starting from a stationary, axisymmetric solution of Einstein/Einstein-Maxwell theory. The method reproduces previous black dihole results with only simple algebra. As an application of the technique, we shall generate the 5D non-extremal dihole from the 4D non-extremal dihole.
