The research is aimed to study the workspace scenario of air passengersa?? Baggage Check-in System (BCS) at City Hall MRT Station. Mixed macroergonomic research methods including questionnaire, semi-structure interview, field observation and measurement were adopted in this research. Case studies of KL CAT and computer simulation were conducted to explore the workspace scenario at City Hall MRT Station for air passengersa?? baggage check-in. Results show that the workspace development at City Hall MRT Station needs to be designed differently from KL CAT. The research explored three schemes and recommended the scheme with a workspace of no more than 3 Check-in Units and 1 Information Unit at ground level of City Hall MRT Station for the development of downtown BCS.
