ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||A middle aged woman who presented with neurological signs suggestive of brain stem infarction was subsequently found to have hyperosmolar hyperglycemic non-ketotic coma (HHNK). She recovered completely following treatment of the underlying metabolic abnormality.
