The temperature dependence of the relaxation lifetime below 7 K indicates the presence of a one-phonon-assisted tunnelling mechanism. Comparisons between the DC and AC field relaxation times at temperatures above about 9 K show that the reorientations occur predominantly through 109 degrees rather than 71 degrees or 180 degrees transitions. © 1987 IOP Publishing Ltd.||Source Title:||Journal of Physics C: Solid State Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/130443||ISSN:||00223719||DOI:||10.1088/0022-3719/20/32/026|
