Abstract: ADOPTIVE CANCER IMMUNOTHERAPY HAS EMERGED AS A FAST DEVELOPING FIELD THAT SHOWS GREAT PROMISE IN RECENT CLINICAL TRIALS. WHILE ADOPTIVE TRANSFER OF INDIVIDUAL CELL FRACTION OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM HAS BEEN WIDELY TESTED IN CLINICAL TRIALS, CO-EXPANSION AND CO-INJECTION OF MULTIPLE IMMUNE CELL SUBSETS SIMULTANEOUSLY IS NOT WELL EXPLORED. IN CURRENT STUDY, A NEW PROTOCOL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR CO-EXPANSION OF V?9VD2 T CELLS AND CYTOKINE INDUCED KILLER (CIK) CELLS WHICH POSSESS INHERENT TUMOR KILLING CAPABILITY. IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF CLINICAL APPLICATIONS, FEEDER LAYER MEDIATED RAPID IMMUNE CELLS EXPANSION METHOD HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED FOR THE CO-EXPANSION OF V?9VD2 T CELLS AND CIK CELLS. THE FEEDER CELLS EXPLORED ARE ALLOGENIC PBMCS, GENETICALLY MODIFIED K562 CELLS AND HUMAN INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELLS DERIVED FIBROBLAST LIKE CELLS. FINALLY, WE EQUIPPED THE EXPANDED V?9VD2 T AND CIK CELLS WITH A CHIMERIC ANTIGEN RECEPTOR (CAR) AGAINST CD19 TO DEMONSTRATE THE SUPERIORITY OF
