dc.description.abstract	The thesis studies several topics on homotopy braid groups. It presents a representation of the homotopy braid groups which is an analogue of the classical Artin representation. Also we show that the representation is faithful. The Carnot algebra of homotopy braid group is obtained. Also we study Cohen homotopy braid groups and gave a (unfaithful) presentation of Cohen homotopy braid groups with all Brunnian homotopy braids in its kernel.
