This thesis studies the implementation problem in environments where monetary transfers are allowed. The first chapter establishes a full implementation result in subgame perfect equilibrium; the second chapter shows that any social choice function is robustly implementable in rationalizability; and the third chapter studies the implementation when information is incomplete.
