ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevB.80.161303||Abstract:||We analyze the spatial distribution of the intensity of photoluminescence and its polarization in resonantly pumped semiconductor microcavities. The strong spin anisotropy of polariton-polariton interactions leads to the spontaneous formation of domains with strong circular polarization in real space under a uniformly polarized elliptical pump.
