SPICE simulation results show that using BSIM models and a ± 5 V power supply, the linearity error is less than 0.6% over a differential input voltage range of ± 1.3 V in the case of single-ended output, and less than 0.3% over a differential input voltage range of ± 2.4 V in the case of differential output. The cut-off frequency and power consumption are 130 MHz and 5.2 mW in the case of single-ended output, and 80 MHz and 6.1 mW in the case of differential output. In both cases, the THD for a differential input voltage of 1Vpp at 1 kHz is 1.3%. | Source Title: | Microelectronics Journal | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/114513 | ISSN: | 00262692 | DOI: | 10.1016/S0026-2692(99)00082-8 |
