dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a novel design for the high efficiency 1.9 GHz Class F power amplifier module with a predistortion linearizer for CDMA in IS-95. Efficiency and linearity are evaluated with Class F power amplifier and Class AB power amplifier. Further improvement was attained using a low cost RF predistortion linearizer. There was good agreements with the experiments and simulations.
