The method was found to be easy and effective. Using this method, a yeast YKE2 gene (a yeast homolog of murine k-region expressed genes) was successfully disrupted by replacement of HIS3 marker gene. © 1995 Humana Press Inc.||Source Title:||Molecular Biotechnology||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/111764||ISSN:||10736085||DOI:||10.1007/BF02821336|
