Simulations were made on simple lattice models and the ground state of proteins was determined. The method was found to be faster than genetic algorithms and capable of finding lower energy states. A method for the use of secondary structures in protein folding was also proposed.||Source Title:||Journal of Chemical Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/105137||ISSN:||00219606||DOI:||10.1063/1.1387478|
