Stripping voitammetry of thin mercury films at the wall-jet electrode

Abstract
A semtompirlcal framework for the theory of stripping voltammetry at the wall-Jet electrode is described based on a thin-layer approximation. Experimental results show that the theory holds for the irreversible stripping of very thin mercury films of the order of a monolayer. This paper shows one of the advantages of the wall-jet electrode: namely, the ability to perform the preelectrolysis and stripping steps hi different sample streams. © 1985 American Chemical Society.
