|Abstract:||Variations were observed in the large and small subunit amino acid compositions of RuBP carboxylase of 15 cassava cultivars. The Km (CO2) values ranged from 12.2 to 18.7 μM, while the Km (RuBP) values ranged from 11.8 to 55.6 μM. © 1989.|
