Abstract: The unbiased eight-port beam splitters measurements were used to investigate Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt (CHSH) inequality for bipartite systems of four dimensions. The optimal angles and the optimal states were also measured. The uniform formulas for the minimum and maximum values of the inequality for such measurement were derived. By compairing the two states, it was found that an optimal nonmaximally entangled state was about 6 percent more resistant to noise than the maximally entangled state.
