Abstract: Both direct spectrum estimations and the structural physical approximations which can be implemented in the case of bipartite states using only local operations and classical communications were demonstrated. This lead to more direct, local operations and communicate classically (LOCC) type, detections and estimations of quantum entanglement and of some properties of quantum channels. This paper aims to provide additional tools for quantum information processing rather than comparative studies of these tools.
