Due to their unique properties, polymers are potential vehicles for drug delivery and a popular choice among researchers. In this study, a double emulsion technique was used to fabricate PLGA microspheres that encapsulate ABL. It was also found that PLGA microspheres as a delivery vehicle can increase the residence time and improve the therapeutic efficiency of ABL toward cancerous cells Hep3B, KB and MCF-7. Thus, this delivery system using a PLGA microsphere is an efficient vehicle for overcoming the limitations of ABL in drug applications.
