Abstract: The study of Co-C system for magnetic and nano-patterning via e-beam radiation induced nanoscale magnetic phase change was discussed. The results showed that the As deposited films were amorphous with the carbon concentration more than 40 at%. The annealing temperature dependence of Hc for films with different carbon concentration was also discussed.
