Abstract: Maximum spin polarization (P) at high transmission probability (T) was achieved using a model for the periodic array of magnetoelectric barriers. Each double-pair of the array was made of four magnetic barriers designed in a way, such that an electron passing through it acquires zero gain in kinetic energy. This enabled the use of multiple double-pairs for the enhancement of P without the sacrifice of T. A high P of 75%-100% was obtained at 0.8-1.0E f for a 27 unit arrays by the proper tuning of magnetoelectric barrier heights.
