Abstract: A dual-processor system based on the multibus is described for electroanalytical measurements. Although the hardware configuration is limited, the system is effective for real-time monitoring and control and teh throughput is enhanced. Data acquisition and data processing are divided into consecutive tasks running on separate processors, so that the flexibility of data acquisition is improved. The performances of the multibus-based system and a single processor are compared. © 1985.
