Title: | A stable heptacene derivative substituted with electron-deficient trifluoromethylphenyl and triisopropylsilylethynyl groups | Authors: | Qu, H. Chi, C. |
Issue Date: | 6-Aug-2010 | Citation: | Qu, H., Chi, C. (2010-08-06). A stable heptacene derivative substituted with electron-deficient trifluoromethylphenyl and triisopropylsilylethynyl groups. Organic Letters 12 (15) : 3360-3363. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1021/ol101158y | Abstract: | (Equation Presented). A heptacene derivative 1 substituted with four electron-deficient trifluoromethylphenyl and two triisopropylsilylethynyl (TIPSE) groups was prepared by a new synthetic strategy. Photo-oxidative resistance studies showed that this newly developed heptacene compound persisted 47 h in solution under ambient light and air conditions, and it represents the most stable heptacene derivative reported to date. © 2010 American Chemical Society. | Source Title: | Organic Letters | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/75492 | ISSN: | 15237060 | DOI: | 10.1021/ol101158y |
