dc.description.abstractThis paper presents the design procedure of a three-strip interdigitated coplanar directional coupler based on conformal mapping technique. The design method can be incorporated into CAD design tools. A 3 dB three-strip interdigitated coplanar coupler designed and fabricated on an Alumina substrate has been demonstrated.
