dc.description.abstract | A sub-nano pulse integrator for UWB (UltraWideBand) system is presented. The integrator based on Gm-c configuration and CSM 0.18um CMOS process. Result in the paper shows that 0.2ns pulse could be integrated effectively by presented integrator with Gm=13.2mS, total current=1.98mA. Our works also reveal that CMOS process is effective in UWB system implementation with special design technology. | |
