Abstract: The parallelism in DNA Computing provides great potential to solve complex problems. DNA Coding methods are useful to promote the genetic algorithms' (GAs) performance on some problems. This work compares two coding methods for the genetic algorithm. The effect of the developed coding methods on the algorithms is analyzed by application to classification problem.
