dc.description.abstractConventional LTCC resonator implementation often involves the use of lump elements. In this paper, explicit effort is expended to use an integration of the hairpin and combline interdigital resonator structure for LTCC realization. Through a capacitance loading, a novel LTCC resonator design has been realized. ©2008 IEEE.
