Abstract: Researchers from Singapore have developed a new way of making an artificial bone. The natural bone is a mixture of various concentrations of collagen and carbonate. The scientists have developed mineralized collagen which is highly biocompatible and has the nanostructure of artificial bone. This product have proven that the carbonate content induces the morphological change of nanohydroxyapatite with collagen.
