Title: | LINEAR-PHASE DIGITAL AUDIO TONE CONTROL. | Authors: | Lim, Y.C. | Issue Date: | Jan-1987 | Citation: | Lim, Y.C. (1987-01). LINEAR-PHASE DIGITAL AUDIO TONE CONTROL.. AES: Journal of the Audio Engineering Society 35 (1-2) : 38-40. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | A new linear-phase three-way filter system for digital audio tone-control application is presented. Approximately 80% of its coefficient values are zero. The remaining nonzero coefficient values are 0. 5 and 0. 25. Thus the filter system is essentially multiplication free. When the high-frequency and low-frequency gain weightings are unity, the filter system acts as a pure delay producing no frequency response distortion. | Source Title: | AES: Journal of the Audio Engineering Society | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/62385 | ISSN: | 00047554 |
