Abstract: The natural convection in a concentric annulus between a square cylinder and a circular inner cylinder was analyzed. The Taylor series expansion and least squares based lattice Boltzmann method (TLLBM) were used for the analysis. The TLLBM can be used to extend the current thermal model to more practical applications.
