Abstract: A micromagnetic simulation performed of a device consisting of arrays of square magnetic nanostructures was discussed. It was found that the square element exhibited shape anisotropy with easy axes along the diagonals. It was observed that the regular soliton was achieved in both the horizontal and bent sections of the arrays. The independent crossover at the intersection of two arrays was also elaborated.
