Issue Date: | 1995 | Citation: | Yap, A.U.,Stokes, A.N. (1995). Resin-bonded prostheses.. Quintessence international (Berlin, Germany : 1985) 26 (8) : 521-530. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | This article reviews the uses, advantages, and disadvantages of the different types of resin-bonded prostheses. Resin-bonded prostheses can be used for tooth replacement as well as for occlusal, cosmetic, and orthodontic/periodontic therapy. Proper case selection is essential to their success. Although long-term clinical studies are not available for some of these types of prosthesis, they are generally promising and have become important elements in the provision of dental health care. | Source Title: | Quintessence international (Berlin, Germany : 1985) | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/47041 | ISSN: | 00336572 |
