|Abstract:||An interactive computer model was earlier developed for cash flow planning from the viewpoint of clients and contractors, using the cash flow profiles developed for different types of buildings. A main limitation of the model was that it considered the most common prevailing contract and credit conditions in the computation of cash flow. In view of this, a research project was taken up at the National University of Singapore to develop a more dynamic computer-based cash flow model. This paper describes the model developed and illustrates features incorporated along with its application for cash flow planning.|
