Abstract: The magnetization reversal process and chirality controlling in patterned single and multilayer nanomagnets fabricated by deep ultra violet lithography and lift-off technique, has been systematically studied, as a function of various geometrical parameters, using a combination of magnetic force microscopy (MFM) and simulation tools (micromagnetic simulation, magnetic energy theory, and dipole approximation).
