dc.description.abstractThe aim of the current study was to develop and test the effectiveness of a combined Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) intervention referred to as the Cognitive Behavioural Interpersonal (CBIP) Happiness Program in alleviating depression, anxiety and stress in university students in Singapore. The conceptual framework of the study was guided by an adapted Lazarus and Folkman’s transactional model of stress.
