Abstract: WE DESCRIBE EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS OF FERROELECTRIC POLYMER INTERACTION WITH CHEMICAL VAPOUR DEPOSITED (CVD) GRAPHENE AND THE APPLICATIONS OF THIS INTERACTION. WE DEMONSTRATE CONTROL OF THE GRAPHENE AND COPPER GROWTH SUBSTRATE INTERFACE INTERACTION USING A FERROELECTRIC POLYMER COATING. THIS LED TO A FERROELECTRIC-BASED ELECTROSTATIC TRANSFER MECHANISM THAT DECOUPLES THE GRAPHENE FROM THE COPPER GROWTH SUBSTRATE. FURTHER STUDIES OF THE FERROELECTRIC POLYMER COATED GRAPHENE SHOW THE ROLE OF GRAPHENE AS A UNIQUE TEMPLATE THAT ENABLES ULTRATHIN COATING BY SPIN COATING, OTHERWISE ONLY POSSIBLE BY LANGMUIR-BLODGETT DEPOSITION. THIS FERROELECTRIC COATING EXHIBITS SELF-POLARIZATION DUE TO THE PREFERENTIAL ALIGNMENT OF THE POLYMER CHAINS ON GRAPHENE, WHICH IMPROVED FERROELECTRIC CRYSTALLINITY AND HENCE ENHANCES THE FERROELECTRIC PROPERTIES. WE SHOW THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE OF COATED GRAPHENE PROPERTIES LIKE HIGH TRANSPARENCY AND HIGH DOPING FOR LOW STABLE SHEET RESISTANCE. APPLICATIONS
