THROUGH THE CASE STUDIES, THE AUTHOR SEEKS ELUCIDATIONS ON THE DISTINCTIONS BETWEEN CONVENTIONAL AND BIM-ENABLED COST MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES. THE FINDINGS SUGGEST THAT A BIM-ENABLED PROJECT COST MANAGEMENT PROCESS LEADS TO IMPROVEMENT IN WORKFLOW PRODUCTIVITY (MAN-HOURS), AND COST CERTAINTY AS COMPARED TO THE CONVENTIONAL COST MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES, AND THE EXTENT OF ADVANTAGES/BENEFITS VARIES ACCORDING TO THE DIFFERENT STAGES IN THE PROJECT DELIVERY PROCESS. THE AUTHOR ALSO PROPOSED SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO MANAGE BIM-ENABLED COST MANAGEMENT.
