Abstract: This thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, a new CMOS VHF transconductor is presented. The transconductor has some important features such as high frequency response, high linearity I-V conversion and high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). In the second part of this thesis, detailed design procedures of a CMOS fully integrated LNA with the input and output matching network and together with its measurement result is given.
