dc.description.abstractThis paper deals with the problem of robust H∞ analysis and synthesis of systems with state-delay and norm-bounded time-varying parameter uncertainty. By introducing a auxiliary system, we will show that both the state-delay and the parameter uncertainties of the systems can be regarded as parts of the disturbance of the auxiliary system. Therefore the original problems can be converted to HINF analysis and synthesis problems of the auxiliary system, which is independent of the time-delay and the uncertainty. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the equivalence are developed.
