Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a flexible linear distributed communication system, in which many communication elements such as communication services, network structure, implementation, and capacity are expressed. This communication system is designed to be used in some specific linear environments such as underground tunnels, long distance railroad, and road tunnels. In this system, we adopt wireless access technology and CDMA technology. Compared to current solutions in such areas, this system has some outstanding advantages including more functions, low cost, high reliability, and high flexibility.
