|Abstract:||We repor t a 70-year-old man with high lateral ST elevation myocardial infarction secondary to occlusion of left circumf lex artery. Electrocardiography (ECG) showed ST depression in inferior leads and isolated ST elevation in leads aVR and aVL, demonstrating a superior axis of the injury current vector. Dif ferent presentations of ECG pat tern from left circumf lex artery occlusion were discussed. This case highlights the importance of recognising unusual ECG pattern in accurate diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.|
